Things you need to know

Most Millie's products are handmade and can take up to 20 working days to be dispatched, they then will be sent first class via royal mail. We will not take responsibility if your parcel gets lost in the post. (We will do our best to hunt it down for you though!) 
We do not offer refunds but we can exchange your items for different sizes or for items of the same value. The item must be unworn and in a good sell-able condition. Please contact us within 2 weeks after receiving your order, if you would like an exchange.
